✨INGREDIENTS✨
2 cups cooked red lentils
1 can chickpeas (2 cups)
1/4 cup tahini
Juice of 1-2 lemons
1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp cayenne
1/8 tsp ginger
3/4 - 1 tsp salt to taste
Pinch of black pepper
Water or olive oil to thin - about 1/2 cup but start with less and ass more as needed.
🔥 First cook up some fry red lentils. Just strain under some water then cook just like you would pasta, about 5-7 minutes in boiling water. Rinse under cold water then add to your blender.
😋 Add in your strained chickpeas along with the rest of your ingredients and blend until smooth. Add water or olive oil as needed to thin.
🙌 Serve & enjoy!!
