Good Afternoon Rockers & Metalheads - The #1 issue we are experiencing is the lack of shuttle buses. We had 40 contracted. 40 are obviously not here. Very few people of the 100+ internal staff slept last night or this morning - as we have been calling non-stop, offering whatever it takes to get more buses in here. We have acquired quite a few more so far, and are still working to add as we write this. These buses will be arriving and entering into rotation throughout the day, peaking at egress tonight to heavily reduce wait times. The newly added buses will also be in full rotation throughout tomorrow and Sunday. We are so sorry for the long lines and delays you have experienced. They are simply inexcusable. We have been quiet on socials because the entire team is working around the clock with our third-party vendors and venue to remedy the issues that plagued the first day of the Festival. Yesterday was the first day of the very first Festival held at this property. We knew it would not be perfect out of the gate, BUT we are committed to correcting these issues. Things will improve, drastically. Today's Set Times: Due to a medical emergency, Electric Callboy has sadly had to cancel their performance today. In response, we have worked with Insane Clown Posse to move their set start time up a bit - helping reduce some of the ICP-ADTR-Alice Cooper overlap that many of you were were conflicted about. New set times in the photo! RV w/ Hookups: If you are affected by the power shortage, you can request assistance from any staff member with a radio to connect with the Camping Operations Team. We will be refunding you entirely for all the time you go without power. In addition, we are going to finance Free bags of ice and water pump outs to all of you. We are told/hopeful that your power will be resolved today. Camping Entrance: We have added more lanes and ingress has improved exponentially. Overflowing Trash: That has been addressed with the trash company. Do not expect a repeat performance today. Bonus Meet & Greets: These are open to ALL patrons. Check our Facebook post for details!
