Allow it to cool & refrigerate til chilled. Then, add in Folgers med roast coffee grnds & let the mixture brew in the fridge for 16 hrs to create a flavorful concentrate. ☕️ To serve, simply mix the concentrate with some crushed ice, a splash of Topo Chico, & a few strips of orange peel for a zesty kick. Sip on this sparkling treat & savor the flavors of the season. 🍹 Don't forget to head to TopoChico.com for more delicious recipes & refreshment inspiration. 📲 ¡Salud! 🥂 ******************************* INGREDIENTS: - 1 Piloncillo - 6 C. of water - 6 cinnamon sticks - 1 orange - 1 TBSP of brown sugar - 1 bottle of Topo Chico - 1/2 C. of crushed iced - 1 Cold brew making apparatus - 14 TBSP of grnd Folgers med roast coffee RECIPE: MAKING Café de Olla WATER - Boil water in a pan - Once the water starts boiling, add 1 whole piloncillo, 6 cinnamon sticks, 1 TBSP of brown sugar - Stir til the piloncilo is dissolved - Once dissolved, pour the Café de Olla water over a strainer & into a separate jar MAKING Café de Olla cold brew CONCENTRATE - Allow Café de Olla water to cool for 15-20 min or til room temp then place in fridge for an hr til chilled - Put 14 TBSP of Folgers med roast coffee grnds into cold brew brewing apparatus & pour in chilled Café de Olla water & then place into fridge. - Allow Café de Olla water & Folgers coffee to brew for 16 hrs - After 16 hrs of brewing in fridge, separate cold brew concentrate from coffee grnds MAKING Café de Olla cold brew WITH TOPO CHICO - Use glass C. of choice & add 1/2 C. of crushed iced - Add 1 C. of Café de Olla cold brew - Peel 2 strips of orange & twist them on top of the coffee - Add the 2 orange peels inside the coffee - Add 1/2 C. of Topo Chico Drink up & enjoy! . . . . . #TopoChico #CafédeOlla #ColdBrew #MexicanCoffee #NewYearsEve
