10 years ago, I wasn’t looking to date. I was fresh out of a long-term relationship and planning to move Charlotte. But my friend’s husband was convinced Tommy and I were a perfect match (he even tried to set me up with Tommy WHILE I was in that long-term relationship lol). After repeatedly saying no, my friends finally convinced me to bring Tommy to a Garth Brooks concert (mainly because I couldn’t find anyone else to take my extra ticket). The date was awkward at first, but the concert made things easier and I left the evening convinced he didn’t like me (even though I thought I liked him). The next day, he got my number and asked me out. One amazing date turned into many, even with a long-distance move in the mix. We made it work, and three years later, we got married. I am so incredibly blessed to call him my husband. He’s a great partner, a great dad and a great instagram husband. ❤️ The last photo is a picture from our first date. ;)
