FOR MAMAS ONLY! Ladies: I was dx with... "I AINT HAVIN KIDS SYNDROME!" And I mean girl was managing it well. Traveling, meeting people, living my best life! I fixed my cravings with a trip to a friend or sisters house where I took the kids out or played with them then Returned Them! The "dis-ease" of identity loss to something I have to create sounded bizarre and I wasn't for it! Well! God came in and smh. I caught the mommy bug and was freaked out scared to loose me. So I didn't! Packed my bags when he was 3 months and did a Solo trip to Paris! On my return, I was so scared of the judgment. Well BABY! People around me were so inspired that even after the "Comma" of motherhood came I still chose me unapologetically. We can choose us free some the disclaimer crap! Mama if no one else knows.. I KNOW YOU LOVE YOUR KIDS! No need to hold onto that judgment here. Reclaim the old you and embrace and intergrate the new you.
