am I ready? ⁣ are you ready to make a 🍖 🌹?⁣ ⁣ there are so many ways to make a salami/prosciutto/charcuterie rose, but after experimenting with, well, all of them, this is my favorite ⁣ ⁣ how to make⁣ 1. take five slices of salami and place them into a ramekin or jello-shot cup, overlapping until they fill the bowl. you only want about a third of the salami above the rim ⁣ 2. line up 5-7 slices of salami in a chain⁣ 3. fold the whole chain in half, length wise, like a hot dog bun ⁣ 4. start at the end, and roll the chain up like you are rolling up a sleeping bag (it WILL get back in the nylon sack)⁣ 5. tuck the bud into the ramekin and voila! your rose has bloomed⁣ ⁣ let me know if you try this technique and what you think!⁣ em p.s. always inspired by the amazing Kim at @charcuterie_n_things
