They will text you when it is your turn to get to ride the balloon and give you an admission ticket. **Since it is first come, first served basis, there is a chance for a longer wait or even for all the slots to be full. We went on a Thursday morning right when it opened to avoid wait and crowds but it all depends on the demand. I suggest to go early and right when it opens to ensure your ride. Also, rides can also be cancelled due to the weather or maintenance.
