THIS QUAD BURN w/ @al.clifton + @thedailykelsey 🔥 ✨Heel-Elevated Goblet Squats are a great way to really focus on your quads to get stronger and build muscle. Setting up squats this way can help increase your range of motion to get your quads a little more involved. ✨ @lukahocevar is coaching us through this and here are a few key cues he gave us: ✔️ Push knees slightly forward as you pull yourself down into the bottom of the squat ✔️Control on the way down, then push the ground away ✔️Stay upright like there’s a wall in front of you Here we did 2 sets of 20 reps and the burn was REAL.🫠 💕Tag a friend who would be up to this challenge + try these out in your next workout! #allieclifton #thedailykelsey #hiitburn #lukahocevar
