Some of my favorite morning routines for a great start of the day 🖤
1. Take a cold shower. It really works!
2. Lemon water is key before you drink coffee.
3. Have a plant-based breakfast with energy!
4. Go to gym for a workout or do five-rep exercises at home. Be kind to yourself - one exercise is better than nothing.
5. Just breathe in the new day and set yourself up for success.
6. Stop hitting the snooze button. Set your alarm to work for you — not against you!
7. 10 minutes meditation. It was a real eye opener for me.
