Because the body is a beautiful vessel and we ain’t got time for shame. My good friend @brittanybrooke took this photo while I visited her on NYE down in Costa Rica. As soon as I arrived she said “Let’s go to the waterfalls.” I had just driven 3+ hours to get there and was an immediate yes. The two of us along with several amazing women I’d just met hiked down to this gorgeous pool and stripped down. It was so natural. Normal. Familiar. I grew up with this southern religious upbringing telling me to “Cover up! And don’t sit like that.” Well I’m tired of it. I’ve been tired of it. This juicy, brown body is life giving and I am not ashamed. #SofteningIsAProcess
