We often encouraged our guests to wrap the components of the dish with them to eat out of hand. Their is a cress for every moment of the year and we currently just aquired some belle isle cress from @wild_garden_seed to nourish us in the deepest moment of winter, just as the pungent memory of these Nasturtiums is fading.
