The menu for this evening is inspired by Friulian classics - including frutti di mare of trout, octopus, and scallop; fusi istriani, a traditional Friulian pasta topped with shavings of summer truffle; Wagyu bavette with roasted Jimmy Nardellos and butter beans, and formaggio with sour cherries to finish.
