Where I’m from in the UK we get delicious shrimp called Morecombe bay shrimp and it’s one of the products that I really miss from the UK. This is a take on them with a amazing prawns from Australia where we mix with a paprika smoked butter, in cased in brick pastry and served with caviar and sorrel
