Okay so I’ve been avoiding posting all day because that means that this weekend is really over and when I tell you my eyes are puffy and scratchy from crying when some of my favorite people drove away I’ll get myself started again. The best thing and the worst thing about meeting people on the internet who immediately feel like family is living so far away from each other but also knowing I’ve gained friends for life. Not only did I gain a world of inspiration and knowledge from three women who I respect so much professionally, but I laughed harder than I have in months all weekend, watched Pretty Woman for the first time, discovered my couch can hold six people, my animals gained new aunties, got to share a small amount of my city, and am already planning when we can all be together again. When you find your people, hold them close and tell them that you love them often. Thank you for coming to Indiana of all places, but more than anything thank you for being in my life. I miss you all already, so let’s find a house for you all to go in on together so you can guest spot at the salon a few times a year. 🥹 PS sorry for the second pic, but I literally took zero pictures all weekend bc I was just enjoying life a little, but wanted to document all of us together. 🥹
