Love can never lose. I feel in love with boxing as a teenager and it taught me lessons that I still cherish to this day. I’ll always be grateful for everything I received through boxing. I love boxing and I love you. I’m not being soppy I’m being true, because only love is real everything else is a lie. Sometimes it feels extremely challenging to open up, sometimes we don’t feel good enough to give love or receive love judging ourselves and others, but the truth is (all though I often forget) is that unconditional Love doesn’t judge and nothing we have done or haven’t done will ever make us more or less worthy of Love. No need to fight against ourselves and beat ourselves up (trust me done that plenty of times) instead may we direct our attention to fight for something and not against and remember not every battle needs fighting sometimes we need to just relax, release and let go, stay open and let it flow.
