One of my closest and most loved is going through a very hard time. I feel it all deeply and I’m insanely lucky to be surrounded by the most wonderful humans. I also wanted to give everyone a little update on everything, post mastectomy (and a second unexpected surgery 2 days ago). It was successful and the cancer was removed from my body. Which, hallelujah for that. But I’m unfortunately going to have to have chemotherapy after my body recovers from the surgery, to be on the safe side. So this journey’s going to be quite a bit longer than I had anticipated. But I’m ready for it. Many people have reached out asking how they can help me during this time. My closest friends and family have set up a GoFundMe and I’m completely humbled by the outpouring of generosity. Actually, I’m floored.
