This was a nice addition to the breakfast menu at Pym’s. I like chilaquiles and these did just fine for me as a breakfast option. I prefer my eggs over easy with chilaquiles, but the scrambled worked. Perhaps a smidge too much of the salsa, but I’d prefer to much than not enough. I really liked the flavor on the salsa.
