we made a mat towel and it’s our featured prop for this weeks 15 minute cardio flow series, uploading to the platform tomorrow night! it’s not available just yet, but it will be very very soon so, use any towel for now. but, i’ve made this one with grips to prevent any slipping in the future. 🙃
