Our chefs took what you might think of as a caprese to a whole new level. Say hello to our Di Stefano Mozz sandwich. Featuring fresh mozzarella from the master cheesemakers at Di Stefano. They make their cheese by hand from local premium milk every night and by morning, it’s transformed into fresh artisanal cheese. We sandwich the mozzarella with sweet preserved tomatoes, peppery arugula, herby kale & sunflower seed pesto, creamy aioli, and crusty, chewy grilled sourdough. Enjoy!
