The ✨BEST✨way to make tofu 🙌😍🤤 I’ve been making tofu for a loooong time and this is one of my go-to recipes! It is so versatile and you can flavour it however you’d like! The best part about it is the meaty texture! To die for!! 😍 1. Make sure to use an extra firm tofu 2. Press your tofu! You can use a tofu press or wrap your tofu in a kitchen towel and place a heavy object on top. I always keep 2 blocks in my fridge ready to go so I don’t have to wait! 3. Rip your tofu into irregular pieces This will help make the tofu super crispy! 4. Add cornstarch, tapioca starch, or flour! This will help make the tofu extra crispy!! 5. Add in any seasonings you’d like! Here I used a mixture of onion powder, garlic powder, dill, oregano🌿 nutritional yeast and salt & pepper. 6. Air fry or bake your tofu! I air fry at 400f for 12-15 min or you can bake at 400f for 20-25 minutes until crispy. 7. To bring the flavour to the next level pan fry your tofu in a sauce. For this Greek inspired tofu I used lemon juice and veggie broth but you can toss in hot sauce, BBQ sauce, teriyaki, or any other sauce! Hope you love it as much as I doooo!!
