have been having major copenhagen style breakfast/lunch withdrawals so made this lunch plate for myself. rundstykker, cheese, ham, a boiled egg, whipped butter on a little oyster shell i found on the ground right outside my front door (still covered in sand!) and damson jam made with damsons i picked near my mum’s house.
