To be honest, I‘m always a little annoyed when I see pictures of this staircase on instagram. It‘s one of the hot spots for foreign influencers in Basel. Also very pushed by Basel Tourism. So you’ll see it pretty often on instagram like the Basler Münster for example. The former Warteck brewery with its striking malting tower was converted to a space for a variety of creative cultural activities. But the star of the show is the metal staircase (over a total of nine floors) applied outside the building. I tried to capture it in my own way - from above of course.
