Some of my favorites for Leg Day - RDL on Smith Machine (I like to superset these with alternating curtsy lunges, the smith machine creates stability so you can focus on getting max hip hinge while still controlling the weight) - Bulgarian Split Squat (since I’ve only been consistently training for two weeks I did these body weight after a heavy box squat set so I can really burn out my legs and concentrate on the mind muscle connection) - Box Squat on Smith Machine (having the bench helps me target my glutes on my way up and takes the pressure off my knees) - Reverse Hack Squat (this really helps me target my hamstrings and glutes to create separation, I like leaving these for last and doing burn out sets with light weight slow and controlled focusing on mind muscle connection)
