Using a whisk, beaters, or the whisk attachment, beat the melted butter, sugars, egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract until combined, about 20 seconds 3. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. 4. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet, add the Ferrero Rochers and chocolate chips until a dough forms and it's completely combined. 5.
