We closed early Thursday night and had our annual end-of-summer staff appreciation party at @pwmercantile: Mardi Gras in August! 💃 All the employees from The Merc restaurant, prep kitchen, store, bakery, P-Town Pizza, The Boarding House, Charlie’s Sweet Shop, the warehouse, and The Lodge attended, and maybe it’s evident from these photos, but I love and appreciate these guys so very much. They SHOW UP: in the crazy-busy times, the slower times, the stormy times, the snowy/icy times, the sweltering times, and whatever the day throws their way. As a business owner in a small community, I feel incredibly lucky. And very, very grateful. 💜💚💛
