Yesterday, we had the pleasure of hosting @youthbuild_boston Design students for a project tour at @cactusclubcafe , led by Joseph Vecchione, AIA from @bergmeyer_design. With graduation just days away, this visit gave students a firsthand look at how thoughtful design translates into the built environment. Project Manager Ames Sheriff gave the group a behind-the-scenes look at how @openspace.ai was a key tool in getting the mechanical systems right—especially important for a complex site like this one, which sits above a parking garage and below an active tenant space. The students came prepared with thoughtful questions and sharp observations—including one who noted the “great energy” between CM&B and the Bergmeyer.
