Here are some numbers to give you an idea of the magnitude of this event: 🌎 42 Athletes from 22 countries 🥇3 successful World Records out of 5 attempts 🥇61 successful National Records out of 79 attempts - of those 11 are Continental Records 📈 An average announced depth of 85.1 m over the 9 competition days 📈 An average realised depth of 81.4 m – the deepest competition ever in the history of the sport. 📈 Day 4 saw an average announced depth of 93.4m and an average realised depth of 92m – the deepest day in the history of the sport. 📈 An accumulated 15,891m of depth – almost twice the height of Mount Everest! .
