Repost @centrepompidou ALICJA KWADE takes us into the 4th dimension! With this installation, the artist enables us to experience the passage from one material to another (e.g. from aluminium to bronze, from stone to wood). As you move about, you may feel disturbed, due to the confusion between the real object and its reflection. This structure made up of empty steel frames and parts of two-sided mirrors demarcates the positioning on the floor of different pairs of found objects, sculpted by natural elements, like stones or tree trunks.
