For this drink I decided to use the tonka as a cordial to bring a kind of tobacco flavour that would match perfectly with the vanilla/honey aromas from @mijentatequila. Then I added some fresh blackberries and an amaro based herbal profils to bring à kind of grassy and refreshing flavour that could pair with the rest of my cocktail. Those layers brings to my drink an elegant and sophisticated approach just like a Midnight Lady. .
