This sugar free cheesecake looks as good as it tastes. #sugarfree #bakewithme #howto #stepbystep #lowcarbbaking #lowcarbtreats #ketorecipes #ketotok #desserttiktok #healthydessert #healthyalternatives • Chocolate PB Cheesecake INGREDIENTS Cheesecake Crust: 2 c almond flour 1⁄4 c granulated sweetener 4 tbsp butter, melted Peanut Butter Cheesecake: 16 oz cream cheese, room temperature 1⁄2 c granulated sweetener 2 eggs, room temperature 1⁄2 c creamy peanut butter (+ more for drizzle) 1⁄4 c sour cream 1 tsp vanilla extract 12 @ChocZero Peanut butter cups, chopped, for topping INSTRUCTIONS Cheesecake Crust: Stir all ingredients together until combined. Press into a greased 6 or 8 inch springform pan. Peanut Butter Cheesecake: Preheat oven to 325. Place a pan of water on the bottom rack if the oven, this will add steam to the oven to prevent cracking Beat cream cheese and sweetener until smooth, then mix in sour cream Add eggs and vanilla & mix until combined Pour batter into pan on top of crust Bake for 60-70 minutes until the center is almost set, it will still be a bit wobbly in the middle Turn off oven and let cheesecake set in the oven for 30 minutes, then remove and let set on counter until cool Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight before serving After chilling cheesecake, pour chocolate sauce over top of cheesecake. Pipe border using peanut butter buttercream recipe. Add chopped peanut butter cups to top, drizzle with more chocolate, then drizzle with melted peanut butter Makes 12 servings
