The National Labor Relations Board, the federal agency tasked with protecting worker rights, asked a federal court Tuesday for a nationwide cease-and-desist order against Starbucks to stop the coffee chain from firing its employees for union activity.

@sbworkersunited has accused the company of illegally firing over 150 employees for their unionizing efforts.
