A huge shout out to our Head Babu Nina who's just made @codehospitality 100 Influential Women in Hospitality list!! 🎉 We could not be prouder of this incredible achievement - Nina is the most first-class, focused and driven person you’ll meet - while also being big-hearted, lots of fun, an inspirational leader and all-round powerhouse! Nina joined us back in 2014 as a general manager for Kings Cross, our biggest and most ambitious site. She was an integral to steering Dishoom through Covid and was the driving force behind the delivery of over 100,000 meals to the NHS. She's now Operations director, overseeing Dishoom’s eight restaurants, twelve delivery kitchens, and ecommerce operations, with responsibility for a team of over 1,400 people. We are absolutely thrilled that she's been named amongst a list of such amazing, inspirational women ❤️
