SOME *BIG* LIFE NEWS! 🎉:⁣ ⁣ I’m so excited to finally announce and share the cover of my FIRST book BLACK INTERNET EFFECT (@blackinterneteffect), set to be published this year by @PenguinWorkshop and @PenguinTeen as a part of their #PocketChangeCollective series!!!⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ ❤️📖: This book follows the early chapters of my personal story within the world of tech, and outlines my mission to create inclusivity within the space, for people of color and especially for young Black women. ⁣ ⁣ I’m honored to have this opportunity to share my journey and even more honored to announce it during Black History Month!⁣⁣ On the shoulders of my ancestors! 🙏🏾⁣ Being an author has always been one of my biggest dreams in life - literally ever since I was a little girl reading literature from my heroes Maya Angelou, James Baldwin, Langston Hughes, Audre Lorde, bell hooks and so many others.
