❗️GRUB RECIPE: CHEESESTEAK EGG ROLLS 😋 Full recipe below. These GRUB ROLLS are a zinger for all your Game Day Grub needs, especially with the @MLB games heating up ahead of the playoffs. It’s time to swing hard, Grubfam! ⚾️ 👉 The super secret tip here is adding the Italian salad dressing once the steak hits the grill. Provides tenderness and loads of flavor that makes all the difference. Feel free to get creative with vegetables too. I kept it simple for this one but you’ll find value in adding in jalapeños, peppers, etc. if that’s your thing. 🌶 📌 CHEESESTEAK EGG ROLL RECIPE 👇 1️⃣ Toss thinly sliced onions with olive oil, garlic powder and Italian seasonings. Add to a heating skillet. 2️⃣ Once onions are starting to cook through, put sliced cheesesteak meat on top of onions on hot griddle. Once steak begins to brown, add Italian salad dressing on top of steak and then begin to break steak up into sautéd onions. 3️⃣ Once the onions and steak meat are blended and cooked, add seasoning blend. I used onion powder, lemon pepper, garlic powder, cayenne, salt, pepper, dry oregano, dry rosemary, dry parsley. The more seasoning, the more flavor. 4️⃣ Cover mixture in white American cheese, once slightly melted, mix. Once thoroughly mixed, cover again in white American, mix again. This will create your filling. 5️⃣ Pull mix from griddle and set on a plate. Let it sit until cool. 6️⃣ Once cooled, put three small dollops of mixture into an egg roll wrapper, forming it into a “log” top with a strip of white American cheese. Use egg wash on all sides of egg roll wrapper and roll tightly. 7️⃣ Lightly coat the egg rolls on olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder atop. Put rolls in air fryer at 350 for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway though. Cook until golden brown. 8️⃣ Remove from air fryer, let cool and then GO IN ON ‘EM. 😋 You can also fridge / freeze these grub rolls.
