Following yesterdays post, I’ve decided to take on a challenge for the month of October. It’s going to target multiple different facets of my professional and personal life, including everything from diet & nutrition, to fitness and creation. I am well aware that drastic changes typically aren’t sustainable however this is solely for the month of October and essentially will then evaluate and see what worked for me and what didn’t.
