Hyacinth Martini! 🐝 Swipe for the recipe! 👉🏼 This wasn’t intended to be a Bridgerton themed cocktail (pretty sure I don’t know a single person who hasn’t finished season two yet) but I’m dedicating today’s cocktail, a Grape Hyacinth martini, to the littlest Bridgerton! And not only is it named Hyacinth, the flower bares a striking resemblance to a tiny wisteria. Enough about Bridgerton, this cocktail is delicate in flavor without being overly sweet or on the contrast, not flavorful enough. A combination of a grape hyacinth infused vodka inspired by @garnish_girl tik tok that a friend sent me last week! Like butterfly pea tea this changes color when you add citrus (or acid). To play off the floral infusion I used a rose @lillet.usa and to give it dimension I used an aloe liqueur that I got in California last fall! I’m so pleased with how it came out but to ground it a bit I added an herbal note using rosemary as garnish. Be sure to express the Rosemary by rolling it or smacking it in your hands.
