The 5th Element // Ether // Space The Stillness, yet the very thing that makes all movement and life possible. After completing a moving prayer running 200km in honour of the 4 elements, people have asked me “what’s your next challenge?” My answer “Life” life is presenting more than enough challenge right now without the need to actively seek one and my attention is best served tacking what’s in front of me at present. However there is a challenge that’s calling me and in due course all willing im sure will flourish. The current idea involves an active / inactive demonstration of complete stillness in honour on the 5th element to represent the forgotten stillness even within the chaos.
