I wanted to recreate a holiday classic this year for the @Country Crock Bake Swap challenge, so I picked linzer cookies. These are Caramel Gingerbread Linzer Cookies. Next month my sister will be here for the holidays and she is lactose intolerant, so I will make her a bunch of dairy free treats with Country Crock Plant Butter and Plant Cream.
