On Wednesday, October 19 and Thursday, October 20, the Windsor Square Association, Larchmont Village Neighborhood Association, Larchmont Boulevard Association, St. Andrews Square Neighborhood Association and Ridgewood Wilton Neighborhood Association hosted Zoom-based conversations with each of the two candidates running to represent City Council District 13 for the next four years. Incumbent Mitch O’Farrell chatted with the groups via Zoom on Wednesday evening, and challenger Soto-Martinez visited on Thursday. This discussion, coming late in the campaign season, covered some familiar ground (including the all-pervasive issues of homelessness, housing, and public safety), but also contained questions specifically tailored to the Greater Wilshire area.
