We have a big sweet tooth...but when it comes to galettes, we might just be team savory (especially when that means tomatoes that caramelize in the oven!) To make your own savory galette try this combo: pie dough for a flaky crust, something creamy like a layer of basil aioli or cheese (try pieces of goat cheese!), produce like sliced tomatoes, potatoes or leeks, and fresh herbs like basil or thyme.
