Every Thursday I meet you with @coachcoreylawson for a leg day session. Here’s the deal, I hate leg day...corey hates accessory work 🤣so we both force (I mean help) each other show up and get the stuff done...
Today we did this ! Save it and try it !
Warm-up/Accessory Work
✅Single Leg Raises for Hip Flexor
✅Calf Raises on Slant Board
✅Glute Bridge Squeeze (doing this to help with my hip alignment 😅)
10 of each move repeat 3x Total
Full Dynamic Warm-up
✅A Skips
✅B Skips
✅C Skips
✅Zombies
✅Ice Scream Scoops
✅Twisties
After Prep it was SPRINT Time
Starting in a Lateral Stance, Sprint to end, walk back ! Repeat x 5 on each side ! Increase your sprint speed as you go
Strength Work
✅Heel Elevated Goblet Squat x 10
✅Reverse Lunges w/ KB Pass x 10
Repeat x 3
Stretch your legs out and then DONE, BOOM Hallejuha !!
