You don't have to always be cutting or lean bulking.
Sometimes, it's more fun to just see what happens when you stop tracking calories and macros and try new things in your training.
You also don't have to work out every day.
You can if you want to, but there's no holy writ that commands it, and that extra hour or two every week won't make much of a difference.
You don’t have to try to get shredded, either.
And if you want to anyway, know this: Once you've been shredded, anything else will feel too fat. You've been warned.
You also don’t have to fast or avoid carbs or adopt some other offbeat dietary practice just because someone with an advanced degree from a prestigious school said so.
That doesn't mean they can't give quacky or even dangerous advice.
And you don’t have to neglect your self-care to show you’re tough, committed, or successful.
That’s like texting while driving to show how good you are at it.
