It’s no surprise that I love a wedding. But I *especially* love a family wedding. The hanging out, the gossiping, the dressing up all amongst several generations of our family...it’s like our families’ immigrant story is playing out in technicolor. I just love it. Congrats to my Anjuli & Nick for a most speictauar wedding this past weekend. And to see my Mom & 2 of her sisters together again after so long...what a joy. I even brushed off my “dance performance” shoes (video proof!). We were a pretty much a mess but damn we had fun. ALSO: the second-to-last-picture of my Dad...no matter how tired...he never wants to leave the party. Like father like son... Let wedding season commence! 💕
