Makes 2 large pizzas
Ingredients:
28 ounces pizza dough, store-bought or homemade, divided
1 package BUITONI Pepperoni & Cheese Ravioli (20oz)
1 container BUITONI Marinara Sauce, divided
3 cups shredded mozzarella
1 cup pepperoni slices
1⁄4 cup grated parmesan
BUITONI Pesto with Basil, for drizzle
Directions:
1. If you have one, preheat a pizza stone in the oven (on the center rack) to 475°F for at least 20 minutes.
2. Bring 5 quarts of water to a boil. Add BUITONI Pepperoni & Cheese Ravioli to the pot and reduce heat. Gently cook ravioli for 3 minutes. Drain and toss into 1/2 cup pizza sauce. Set aside.
3. Divide dough into two equal balls. Stretch dough into 14-inch pizza onto a floured pizza peel (if using a pizza stone) or a lightly oiled baking sheet.
4. Evenly spread remaining pizza sauce. Top with mozzarella cheese, ravioli, pepperoni, and parmesan.
5. Gently place prepared pizzas on pizza stone (or place baking sheet in oven) and bake for 10-15 minutes.
6. Remove from oven and drizzle with pesto. Slice and serve immediately!
