It is my expert opinion as a maternal-fetal medicine specialist with 22 years of practicing obstetrics that there is NO safe amount of alcohol in pregnancy.
It is appalling to me that @drinksurely would make a post specifically for pregnant persons suggesting that their beverage is OK. They even say, “We are ECSTATIC to potentially be part of your pregnancy journey and want you to feel informed and safe.” If they were informing pregnant individuals they would be saying the exact same thing I and numerous medical societies and organizations say regarding alcohol consumption in pregnancy.
No amount of alcohol is considered safe in pregnancy, and “nonalcoholic” DOES NOT mean no alcohol.
There is an endless supply of social media accounts preying upon and targeting pregnant persons with bad advice and medical misinformation to earn a buck. This has to stop. Please please please see through this and hold them accountable.

Safety of consuming non-alcoholic beer and other alcohol-free versions of alcoholic beverages during pregnancy:
Such drinks might contain higher ethanol levels than what is indicated on their labels. As there is no known safe level of alcohol intake in pregnancy, abstinence from non-alcoholic beverages would eliminate any risk of fetal alcohol spectrum disorder.
Some might resort to drinking beverages labeled “non-alcoholic” or “alcohol-free” as substitutes for regular alcoholic beverages, expecting to satisfy their cravings without harming their unborn children.
There are currently no studies directly evaluating the safety of non-alcoholic beverages in pregnancy. However, there are data indicating that such beverages might contain higher-than-expected amounts of ethanol.
Pregnant persons consuming non-alcoholic or low-alcohol beverages might still be exposed to considerable amounts of alcohol, as some might consume several drinks in one sitting owing to the belief they are safe during pregnancy. Therefore, complete abstinence from these products is recommended to eliminate any risk of fetal alcohol spectrum disorder.
