Really good nachos 🧀🌶️ Recipe: -Use a cast iron skillet to sear up a pack of chorizo, and when it’s fully cooked, top it with shredded colby jack cheese to let it melt. -When the cheese is fully melted, pour out a purple bag of @doritos , and top with the chorizo and melted cheese. -Drizzle sour cream cut with a tiny bit of water to make it a thinner consistency. -Add chopped green onions, fresh jalapeno slices, and pico de gallo. #nacho #nachos #chorizo #nachocheese #doritos
