Good morning y’all It’s Leo Season, I am sure you’ve heard. Love us. What’s on my mind today has to do with forgiveness. Not only to other folks, but perhaps most importantly to ourselves. Not forgiving ourselves is like trying to walk forward, but keeping the weighted jacket and vest and shame snugly fastened to us. We may not be bound at the ankle, but we are moving with a weight that we simply accept as necessary. Forgiveness of self is, to me, courageously releasing the weight. Much love to all of you.
