Unlike leg day, I love Upperbody Day haha 😂 so here’s a workout I did the other day that I LOVED!! I’m huge with doing movement prep and accessory work before jumping into my strength moves like rows or pull-up 🥰
I like to start off with some accessory work!
✅Banded Face Pulls x10
✅Single Arm Lat Pull Down x10
✅Single Arm SIngle Leg Row x12 Each side 😅 (these were tough)
✅Regular or Light Assisted Pull-ups Maxed Out x 12
Take a 1minute Break
Repeat x 3
