For hundreds of thousands of years, hunting and fishing were part of the foundation of life for humans, not a past time or hobby but a necessary ritual to continue our survival that has been engrained deep into our DNA. It may no longer be the circumstances we find ourselves in today as the Costcos and Whole Foods of modern society erode that connection to our food, but deep in the human bloodline it still lies waiting to reconnect, to understand that death is a part of life and that our survival comes at a cost.
