For so many reasons I am delighted that the close of summer is nearly upon us..... one of these is that the gym in which I work out has been shuttered for six weeks, the results of the exciting refurbishment soon to be unveiled❣️ Yes, I have been blessed at having a splendid pool in which to swim BUT a gym is a gym is a gym and I cannot wait to get back to this type of body training❣️❣️❣️ Will be certain....
